How do I make this girl guilty for not talking to me anymore?

there is this girl,and we used to talk to eachother,but i think she thought i was a boring friend bcuz i would neevr tlk tht much wen we were alone,but really she was the one being boring cuz i'd always c her talking to other friends and all our other friends would talk to me,and i'd tlk 2 them,but this girl would always stare at me weird,as if I were weird,and would stay quiet around me,and wen i would talk,at those times,she seemed all bored and now we don't talk at all.i just stopped talking to her cuz she would always seem to not like me,and idk but she may hav tlked about me 2 our other friends,so i literally just switched my group of friends,and ever since she stares at me and my friends,idk y...she ised 2,but now i haven't cn her do it lately,but how do i get her 2 feel guilty and wanna b my friend again???
